The backbone of The Travel Squad!
'Squad Leaders' hold a very special place in our hearts at TTS. They are the people that help us to create experiences for our community. Helping to create new friendships and allowing more and more people to experience new things and see the world together!
What is a Squad Leader?
In our eyes, Squad Leaders are one of the most important members of The Travel Squad community. There will be so many people within the TTS community that are already a Squad Leader without even realising that they are one!

They are the people that take that first step to creating group plans. The first person to put a message into a chat and say: "Hey, let's do this" or "Hey, would anybody wanna do this..."
They're the people that take the initiative to book that table at the pub. That reach out and get prices for campsites. Or even look up the cost of flights online for their friends. They help the group get over that first hurdle of organising a trip or a meetup.
Squad Leaders make the community a better place.
Due to how fast we have grown as a community, it's not always easy for us at TTS to be able to organise trips that suit what everyone wants. Sure, we put on some crazy experiences for our members to get involved with and we couldn't be happier with how they've turned out. But the Squad Leaders within our community have helped to create a range of trips both big and small, all over the world and we couldn't be more grateful for each and every one of you!

After all, that's what TTS is all about. Lots of strangers becoming best friends, seeing the world and doing things that they never thought they could. Creating your very own Travel Squad.

Without our incredible community, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. We are always looking for ways to give back to the community, because without you all, none of this would be possible.

In 2023 we are making even bigger strides to do this and give back to our incredible Squad Leaders. Creating new experiences, along with some new benefits for Squad Leaders, allowing us to reward members that go the extra mile for others. Giving them opportunities to meet more people than ever before; to not only continue creating experiences for others, but for themselves as well!
So what's next?
We know that there are a lot more Squad Leaders out there than we know about. After all, there's thousands of members within The Travel Squad!
