Subgroup creation/management checklist
This document runs in tandem with the Group Guidelines document and is to be used as a helpful checklist to demonstrate points within the Group Guidelines document for ease of use. Once this checklist has been completed, please message email@example.com for moderation before distributing your page and chats.
Following branding guidelines
Applies to Facebook cover photo, profile images of Instagram pages and group chat icons. (For cover photo, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org).
Have at least one main TTS admin as a page admin.
Welcome to use moderators and other Facebook tools at your own discretion.
All subgroups follow same title template:
‘TTS (Area/Destination/Topic)’ e.g., TTS West Midlands or TTS Creatives
Allowing members into your subgroup.
Member of main TTS page using this link // bit.ly/TTSMainPage
Must answer membership questions.
Must have profile picture
Profile age over 1 year old (unless authorised by a TTS admin).
Must have details in ‘About’ section of page detailing local area group chats and who runs them to help new members find their local chats.
The About section of your subgroup page is the most important place for your members, providing links to everything they may need. It should include links to the following:
